Superati i cari controlli di sicurezza si entra all interno della Cassazione e dopo poco si arriva alla piccola banca Unicredit. Per accedervi ci sono 7 gradini. Non c è rampa per disabili ne montacarichi. Insomma inaccessibile. Entrato ci sono circa 10 clienti in attesa. Non esiste un numero d'ordine, ne una coda da seguire. Ci saranno 5 dipendenti e 1 solo agli sportelli. Arrivato in qualche modo al mio turno risolvo un problema di blocco che in qualsiasi altra banca avrei potuto risolvere telefonicamente per il quale invece in questo caso ho dovuto aspettare 5 giorni per recarmi in filiale e farlo (il blocca del conto on line avviene il giorno prima delle festività natalizie purtoppo). Finita questa operazione, chiedo la lista movimenti. Risposta: "mi spiace sto facendo gli aggiornamenti della cassa". Bene ora sono in attesa (con chi???) per chiudere il conto.
