★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bin sehr enttäuscht. Es wird auf der Homepage sehr mit Hundefreundlichkeit geworben. Wenn man dann etwas bucht, wird man angerufen und darauf hingewiesen, dass nur ganz kleine Hunde akzeptiert werden. Eine Agentur, die sich mit Hundefreundlichkeit brüstet und wirbt, sollte so etwas nicht machen. Auch wenn eine Wohnanlage ziemlich neu ist. Die Angaben ob Haustiere erlaubt sind oder nicht, sind oft widersprüchlich oder falsch angegeben (zB Haustiere erlaubt und kleine Haustiere erlaubt, was bedeutet das jetzt?). Außerdem kann ein kleiner Hund oft mehr beschädigen, als ein großer Hund. Darüber hinaus wird sowieso fast immer eine Kaution und ein Reinigungsaufschlag bei Hunden verlangt. Lignano ist seit über 30 Jahren immer eines meiner Urlaubsziele Nr. 1 gewesen, aber so etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt, zu Mal einem dann noch Ärger mit bereits getätigten Anzahlungen entstehen.
 Am very disappointed. It is advertised on the homepage with dog friendliness. If you then book something, you will be called and pointed out that only very small dogs are accepted. An agency that boasts and advertises dog friendliness should not do that. Although a residential complex is fairly new. The details of whether pets are allowed or not are often contradictory or incorrect (eg pets allowed and small pets allowed, what does that mean now?). In addition, a small dog can often damage more than a big dog. In addition, almost always a deposit and a cleaning surcharge in dogs is required anyway. Lignano has been one of my # 1 tourist destinations for more than 30 years, but I have never experienced anything like that, and then I get into trouble with down payments that have already been made.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Allora... ho affittato una porzione di casa e al secondo giorno sono stato derubato di 250 euro : sono entrati di notte aprendo la porta di casa senza nessun segno di scasso. Siamo andati a fare denuncia... non pretendevo di riavere i soldi, ma almeno di trovare persone con cui confrontarsi. Mi son trovato di fronte a persone scortesi e arroganti.... il cliente va ascoltato vergognatevi e cambiate atteggiamento..
So ... I rented a portion of the house and on the second day I was robbed of 250 euros: they entered at night by opening the front door without any sign of break-in. We went to denounce ... I didn't pretend to get the money back, but at least to find people to confront. I found myself in front of rude and arrogant people .... the customer should be listened to be ashamed and changed attitude ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simpatici ed efficienti senza essere invadenti. Ci siamo trovati bene anche per i consigli ricevuti sugli appartamenti disponibili. Collaborativi alla fine del soggiorno per venire incontro alle nostre esigenze di rientro anticipato. Se ci sarà occasione ci torneremo sicuramente.
Friendly and efficient without being intrusive. We were also happy with the advice received on the available apartments. Collaborative at the end of the stay to meet our needs for early return. If there is an opportunity we will definitely return.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zimmer sind in Ordnung, gute lage, sauber und prese sind auch in Ordnung, parkpätze sind bei manchen Unterbringungen klein und nicht für alle Autos geeignet besonders die höhe mit Dachbox ist oft ein Problem
Rooms are okay, good location, clean and prese are also okay, parking spaces are small in some accommodations and not suitable for all cars, especially the height with the roof box is often a problem

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such lovely staff and a wonderful attentive level of service, the area is beautiful and well worth visiting. So many great local restaurants and shops, to enjoy alongside the beach and sun. The agency offers a variety of apartments, all of a very high standard. I would highly recommend them, especially for anyone visiting the area for the first time - if you want to be taken care of by friendly and highly knowledgeable staff
