L'anno scorso abbiamo prenotato e lui si è dimenticato di confermare, siamo rimasti senza appartamento per le vacanze e l'abbiamo scoperto per caso! Quest'anno ho chiesto disponibilità un mese fa (andiamo nello stesso appartamento da 20 anni!) Ricevo risposta solo oggi, in cui mi viene detto che per le date richieste non è disponibile perché hanno contattato le persone che hanno soggiornato lo scorso anno. Praticamente per un errore loro sono due anni che non posso fare le vacanze dove le ho sempre trascorse da 20 anni a questa parte! Non è assolutamente modo di lavorare questo e non è modo di trattare clienti storici! Conoscendo i proprietari dell'immobile sarà mia premura far sapere loro che trattamento l'agenzia, a cui hanno affidato l'incarico, riserva ai suoi clienti decennali! Last year we booked and he forgot to confirm, we were without a holiday apartment and we found out by chance! This year I asked for availability a month ago (let's go to the same apartment for 20 years!) I receive an answer only today, in which I am told that for the requested dates it is not available because they contacted the people who stayed last year. Basically for a mistake they are two years that I can not do the holidays where I have always spent for 20 years now! It is absolutely no way to work this and it is no way to treat historical customers! Knowing the owners of the property will be my concern to let them know what treatment the agency, to which they have entrusted the task, reserve to its decennial customers!
