★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought four bikes at the day of our arrival and looked up the opening times at the entrance of the bike rental. It said it's open until 13O'clock. The next day we went there at 12:40 O'clock to get our bikes, but the guy who cares the bikes said there were only bike at 17:00 O'clock.
No really sure why our bikes where not ready (there were plenty of bikes) , because he just picked up the phone and stopped talking to us, we went to the receptionist and asked there where the problem is. There we got the answer that the bike rental is only opend until 12:30 O'clock but it clearly said on the sign at the entrance that it's opened until 13 O'clock.
In the end we paid for 5 days but only had the bikes for 4 dqys including a lot of stress and anger.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last summer everything went perfect. Very helpful staff what is crucial when traveling with 3 little kids. Loads of appartments of different standard in adequate prices to choose from. In august we're coming again, hope to have same experience this year :)
