★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da un anno e mezzo aspetto udienza dal corecom per una conciliazione. Mi rivolgo all'Agcom visto che dovrebbero tutelare in primis il consumatore e invece mi sento rispondere di rivolgermi al corecom perchè loro non possono fare niente. Inutile chiamare il call center perchè non rispondono più.
For a year and a half, I have been hearing from the corecom for a conciliation. I turn to Agcom since they should protect the consumer in the first place and instead I am told to turn to corecom because they can't do anything. Needless to call the call center because they no longer answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimi tempi di risposta, buona gestione della telefonata, padronanza dei termini e del linguaggio assertivo, cordiali e gentili... c'è solo un problema, tale servizio è destinato a segnalare il torto, ma poi non ci sono modi per controllare effettivamente che tale segnalazione arriva a chi ha potere di mediare tale problema... peccato! Un ringraziamento speciale per l'operatrice che mi ha risposto, educata, gentile e preparata, un ottima recensione può aiutare non solo tale servizio a crescere, ma può anche dare soddisfazione a chi combatte ogni giorno delle piccole o grandi battaglie al tuo posto!
