a	alessandro novara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sono stato indirizzato presso questa ortopedia per l’acquisto di un tutore a otto per la frattura della clavicola, nonostante l’ortopedico del pronto soccorso mi abbia dato un depliant con la x sul tipo di tutore da acquistare, chi mi ha servito presso questa ortopedia, mi ha venduto un tutore non solo diverso dal tipo segnato dall’ortopedico,ma senza nemmeno aver preso la misura del mio torace, e la cosa squallida che pur di vendermi e rifilarmi un prodotto per un’altro,per evitare che io non mi accorgessi che il tutore non era quello segnato, hanno fatto sparire il foglio datomi al pronto soccorso! Ora a distanza di 15 giorni dalla frattura,sono stato costretto dai dolori lancinanti a consultare un ortopedico che tramite gli rx si è accorto che la mia clavicola è totalmente non in asse con la parte fratturata, perché il tutore era piccolo e non faceva il suo lavoro sulla mia clavicola e mi ha pure lacerato la pelle sulle scapole, non lasciandomi riposare la notte, ora ho dovuto acquistare nuovamente un nuovo tutore da un’altra ortopedia dove mi hanno dato quello specifico descritto dall’ortopedico.Premetto che dopo una settimana dall’acquisto ero tornato per lamentarmi del fatto che il tutore era piccolo e che non lavorava come doveva, e il negoziante dopo le mie insistenti spiegazione mi dice che quello che volevo io non c’era della mia misura e me ne hanno dato un altro che va pure bene! Sono shifato e disgustato di tale comportamento poco professionale da parte del negoziante, qui c’è in ballo la salute delle persone! Io ora denuncerò il tutto alle autorità e a chi di competenza!
