Se potessi dare 0 stelle lo farei... Non sono per niente cordiali con i clienti, Ti rifilano un auto che spacciano per funzionante e poi non sistemano nemmeno i problemi che avevate concordato di sistemare... Scrivi un email per contattarli e non rispondono, li chiami e se ti rispondono sono scazzati e ti liquidano subito dopo... Non sono per niente professionali. Sono rimasto veramente deluso. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO SE VOLETE COMPRARE UN AUTO DA QUESTI "RIVENDITORI".

They are not friendly with customers at all, They trim you a car that they claim to be in working order and then they don't even fix the problems you agreed to fix ... Write an email to contact them and they don't answer, you call them and if they answer they are pissed off and they liquidate you immediately after ... They are not professional at all. I was really disappointed. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF YOU WANT TO BUY A CAR FROM THESE "DEALERS".

Rispondo al sig. Volpi.... innanzi tutto l autovettura è stata venduta con la garanzia 12 mesi come da legge consumatori.., l auto aveva un solo problema che era stata installata una batteria nuova e dico NUOVA ma non aveva purtroppo le caratteristiche del start stop , il nostro rispondere al telefono se al sig.re è sembrato cordiale ... gli chiediamo scusa , ma a noi non sembra, visto che di auto ne vendiamo e nessuno ci ha mai detto che siamo scordati e i problemi se ci sono li risolviamo parlando, forse il sig. Volpi aveva avuto un atteggiamento diverso, per le risposte via email noi non guardiamo tutto il giorno il computer forse come fanno molti, visto che da noi si lavora si preparano le auto si portano in carrozzeria e in officina, ma poi rispondiamo a tutte le email . Poi la batteria è stata pagata , e l altra batteria nuova gli è stata lasciata. Se non si è trovato bene a noi ci spiace ma noi non abbiamo mai scritto recensioni su di lei in questo modo noi utilizziamo l intelligenza e il buon senso può capitare di non trovarsi ma le tutto sis sistema come ABBIAMO SISTEMATO LEI.
