Pagamenti con modalità obsolete, difficoltà di comunicazione. Ma ora trasferirò, sicuramente, il mio contratto in un altra assicurazione. Sto chiamando, da giorni, l'agenzia di Cantù. Non risponde mai nessuno, addirittura oggi, risultava irraggiungibile.
Peccato che ho già pagato la mia RCA, e devo ritirare il cartaceo (scade tra 2 giorni)
Non ho parole, fortunatamente riuscirò a ritirare il cedolino nell'agenzia di Mariano, dove ho trovato un impiegata disponibile e che, soprattutto RISPONDE AL TELEFONO
