★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assolutamente da non prendere in considerazione. 2 mesi per cercare un appartamento. Appuntamenti disdetti all’ultimo secondo, promesse di visitare l’immobile mai mantenute. È letteralmente una presa in giro.
 Absolutely not to be taken into consideration. 2 months to look for an apartment. Appointments canceled at the last second, promises to visit the property never kept. It is literally a mockery.

Al di là della situazione creata, volevo proprio dare un giudizio sul servizio offerto.
Pessimo sin dalla prima telefonata che non ti dicono se hanno immobili che ricoprono le tue esigenze finchè non vai in agenzia e ti registri così che ti raccolgono i dati (perdita di tempo perchè in una telefonata si può benissimo spiegare cosa uno cerca)
Oltre a questo, lavorano molto in modo borderline, dicendo tante parole e sorvolando su molte richieste, facendo molto i dolci a parole e di fronte ad un contrasto, danno valenza solo alle parole scritte.
Affitto casa, chiedo di poter incassare l'assegno a fine mese ondevitare di dover pagare 2 affitti assieme (poichè ancora vivevo nel vecchio immobile)
Chiedo esplicitamente di poter ridare un assegno nuovo e mi viene detto "Non possiamo l'assegno è in cassaforte e lo ha la proprietaria però non si preoccupi"
Passano 10 giorni e l'assegno viene incassato subito.
Per problemi di salute rinuncio alla proposta sapendo di andare incontro ad una perdita economica quindi neanche richiedo tante pretese ma mi viene fissato un appuntamento con un altra persona (il vero titolare) che neanche vi dico con che presunzione prova ad aprire dialogo.
PESSIMA ESPERIENZA, agenzia poco professionale, lavorano solo per i propri interessi trovando 0 interesse nei confronti del cliente.
OCCHIO A COSA FIRMATE E COSA VI DICONO, il loro obiettivo è solo incassare la provvigione.
Sconsiglio vivamente di recarsi in quest'agenzia!

Bad from the first phone call that they don't tell you if they have properties that cover your needs until you go to the agency and register so that they collect your data (waste of time because in a phone call you can very well explain what one is looking for)
In addition to this, they work a lot in a borderline way, saying many words and passing over many requests, making sweets a lot in words and in the face of a contrast, they only give value to written words.
House rental, I ask to be able to cash the check at the end of the month to avoid having to pay 2 rents together (as I still lived in the old building)
I explicitly ask to be able to give back a new check and I am told "We can't. The check is in the safe and the owner has it but don't worry"
10 days pass and the check is cashed immediately.
Due to health problems, I give up the proposal knowing that I am going to face an economic loss so I don't even ask for many claims but I have an appointment with another person (the real owner) who doesn't even tell you with what presumption he tries to open a dialogue.
BAD EXPERIENCE, unprofessional agency, they work only for their own interests finding 0 interest in the customer.
WATCH WHAT YOU SIGN AND WHAT THEY SAY, their goal is only to collect the commission.
I strongly advise against going to this agency!

Avevo un appuntamento per un primo colloquio conoscitivo, arrivata in agenzia l'agente che avrebbe dovuto occuparsi della mia pratica mi ha mandata dal collega perché "aveva da fare altro". Il collega, impegnato in un altro colloquio, mi ha mandata via senza neanche prenotare un nuovo appuntamento.
Nessun rispetto per il tempo altrui, imbarazzanti.
Rude and not at all professional. I had an appointment for a first cognitive interview, when the agent who was supposed to take care of my file arrived at the agency, he sent me to his colleague because "he had something else to do". The colleague, engaged in another interview, sent me away without even booking a new appointment.
No respect for other people's time, embarrassing.

Ho richiesto delle informazioni su un immobile e mi è stato detto che dovevo prima passare dall'agenzia (perdita di tempo totale). Mi malgrado ho accettato comunque, abbiamo fissato un appuntamento e quando sono andato a presentarmi all'ora stabilita l'agenzia era chiusa. Ho aspettato fuori 30min senza nessun risultato. Vergognosi, chiudete l'attività e fate lavorare altre agenzie di intermediazione migliori che non prendono in giro i propri clienti.

I requested information on a property and was told that I had to go to the agency first (total waste of time). Despite myself I accepted anyway, we made an appointment and when I went to show up at the appointed time the agency was closed. I waited outside 30min to no avail. Shame on you, shut down your business and have other better brokerage firms work that don't make fun of their clients.
