★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetenza totale,ho affittato il mio bellissimo appartamento tramite questa agenzia,mi hanno consigliato di fare un contratto in concordato per pagare una tassazione agevolata al 10%,rivisitando il canone di affitto.Alla fine, per un loro errore in fase di registrazione all'agenzia delle entrate di Livorno ho pagato l'aliquota ordinaria al 38%.Hanno cercato di farmi credere che l'errore era del commercialista facendomi perdere oltre che hai soldi anche molto tempo.. ma alla fine non era cosi!.Ho cercato un'accordo con il sig.Riccardo, mi ha liquidato al telefono dicendomi :"
Di certo non ce lo rimetto di tasca mia" e senza neanche un accenno di scuse.
