Alla richiesta di quanto ammontassero le spese condominiali e riscaldamento ha risposto con una cifra che poi abbiamo scoperto essere meno della metà di quanto pagato dal precedente inquilino. L'appartamento ha rivelato delle criticità anche molto serie che non dovrebbero sfuggire a un professionista. Noi ci siamo fidati e non abbiamo fatto ulteriori verifiche, sbagliando. e	edoardo cisterni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Durante la sottoscrizione del contratto d'affitto i ragazzi dell'agenzia ci avevano promesso che in qualsiasi caso avessimo rinunciato, avremmo perso solo i 350 euro di caparra pari ad una mensilità versata in precedenza, qualche mese dopo la sottoscrizione, per problemi personali abbiamo dovuto rinunciare al contratto, inizialmente fidandoci dei ragazzi, I quali ribadivano più volte che solo i 350 euro sarebbero stati vincolati, abbiamo firmato il contratto senza leggere attentamente ogni riga, grave errore, purtroppo c'era una postilla la quale riportava che in qualsisi caso di rinuncia l'agenzia avrebbe avuto comunque il diritto di percepire il 10% del compenso annuo, oltre alla caparra già versata. Perciò sentendoci molto delusi e parecchio presi in giro, oltre ad essere stati più volte accusati di avere organizzato il tutto di proposito, anche in maniera maleducata, siamo stati costretti a pagare 850 euro ( 420 +iva di % agenzia +350€ di caparra) solo x aver visionato l'immobile 3 minuti ed aver sottoscritto il contratto. Perciò non siete stati proprio trasparenti come volete fare credere perché noi oltre alla caparra abbiamo pagato anche il 10% di agenzia oltre ad essere stati accusati di essere in malafede. Per questo motivo la mia valutazione è 1 su 5, solo perché zero non esisteva. So you weren't quite as transparent as you want us to believe because in addition to the deposit we also paid 10% of the agency as well as being accused of being in bad faith. For this reason my rating is 1 out of 5, just because zero did not exist.
