Giorno del soggiorno ovvero giorno 15/08 e mi reco presso il B&b per ritirare la chiave, ma purtroppo mi viene detto che era stato prenotato su Booking e che avevano dimenticato a ritirare la prenotazione......ma in fondo la cosa più grave sapete qual’é? Che non mi è stata data nessuna soluzione alternativa al gravissimo problema da loro creato! Quindi questo sarà un altro dei B&b da mettere in BLACK LIST!
After booking a room and having received confirmation after a phone call, I call
Day of stay or day 15/08 and I go to the B & b to collect the key, but unfortunately I am told that it was booked on Booking and that they had forgotten to collect the reservation ... but basically the most serious do you know what it is? That I was not given any alternative solution to the very serious problem they created! So this will be another of the B & Bs to put on the BLACK LIST!
