★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms with leaking air condition, no internet although advertised! Low quality food, all frozen. Bad service and a careless management who is not shy to fight customers because they dared to complain. A property to be avoided if you want to enjoy your vacation!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had the privilege of staying at this beautiful hotel in beautiful Sicily for the week of our Sicilian wedding. Domenico, Lucia and the whole team are simply amazing. They put there heart into everything they do, and made all our guests feel like kings and queens. Tops in my book!

POTENTIAL: wifi not working, room cleaning and Services... overall sad experience.
WRAP UP: a bed&breakfast dressed as 4stars.
i checked out few hours ago, after 2 nights.. I am a bit upset because expecting a 4 star hotel but I have faced few issues.
the bed sheets has not been changed after the first night and it has a hole in the middle (see photos), dust and mold in the walls and the pressure of the water in every tap, sink or shower lowers if everybody doing a shower. the WiFi works only from midnight until 5 am just because nobody is using it. the park is free but no room for it.. sadly after check out I was forced to ask help to get out because an other car squeezed behind my car. overall annoying and stupid things but that makes the difference if you shout out to the market that you are a 4 star hotel. Out of what I mentioned above about this building (originally looks a residential building then fitted as hotel) the beach is great, the location is super, close by good restaurants and few retailers.
I don't give 1 star feedback just because of the location

I arrive on late midnight and amazing view of Mediterranean Sea was hidden behind of night.
The breakfasts are good,service was elegant, and very hospitable, even with my poor Italian skills. You will be surprised by the prices and average of 75eur/ for elegant room per night.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel needs some renovation work done as they have a big mold problem, probably because their AC is leaking somewhere! We also had some mold in our room and got another one without any problems. The whole building is quite old and needs some work done. As we told the staff about the mold they just tried to paint it white the next day. The location is good and the beach and pool are nice. The dining room is quite beautiful, but the breakfast is rather 3 star then 4, as we had do drink from plastic cups instead of glasses etc., I cannot recommend this hotel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went on holiday in this lovely place near my home city all the way back from London. It was good to be back and even better to stay at Villa romana. Located near the sea with some nice spot also inside the Hotel like the pool and the break area. Food is superlative and the personnel really friendly. 100% suggested to a fully relaxing stay. Special mention to the kindness of the owner Salvatore, super nice and gentle person.
