Sicuramente l'aspetto che piu'di gradito e'di non essere stata mai trattata come una semplice cliente ma come una persona con le proprie esigenze da risolvere.
La fiducia reciproca si e'rinnovata negli anni.
I've known them for a few years and I've had help and support on their part.
Surely the aspect that most 'liked and' never been treated as a simple customer but as a person with their needs to be solved.

Al quarto tentativo mi risponde un impiegato (spero non fosse il titolare) sgarbatamente, senza salutare e facendomi notare fosse la mia quarta telefonata e informandomi di quanto fosse impegnato. Ancora senza salutare butta giù il telefono. Pessima prima esperienza con questa agenzia.
Interested in an apartment, I call 3 times during office hours without success. On the fourth attempt, an employee (I hope he wasn't the owner) answered rudely, without saying hello and pointing out that it was my fourth phone call and informing me of how busy he was. Still without saying goodbye, he drops the phone. Bad first experience with this agency.
