★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi reco presso un'agenzia di Carpenedolo per cercare casa. Fatte alcune visite individuiamo una casa interessante ma troppo costosa. Nel primo periodo la titolare, sempre con scollature "inguinali", forse per distrarre, e la sua assistente, fanno di tutto per convincermi che devo spendere di più rispetto a quanto dispongo. Mi fanno decine di preventivi vari, tutti sulla carta del formaggio... fino a convincermi che, se rinuncio a qualcosa, l'acquisto e realizzabile. Verso la caparra e firmiamo il preliminare, ovviamente scritto in "politichese". Pago alle due signore un importo maggiorato perché c'è stata una contrattazione (!!!).
Il motto dell'agenzia è: "Vi seguiremo fino al rogito", peccato che, dopo la caparra i lavori non iniziano, la consegna va in ritardo di un'anno e l'agenzia non se ne occupa minimamente.
Consulto un legale e scopro che sul preliminare, secondo legge, c'è scritto che ritiro la casa al rustico senza terminarla.
Quando, finalmente e dopo l'intervento dell'avvocato, riesco ad intestarmi la casa, ultimata in qualche modo ma non come concordato, le gentili signore mi chiamano scocciate perché non le ho convocate per assistere al rogito.
I go to an agency in Carpenedolo to find a house. After some visits, we find an interesting but too expensive house. In the first period the owner, always with "inguinal" necklines, perhaps to distract, and her assistant, do everything to convince me that I have to spend more than what I have. I get dozens of various quotes, all on the cheese board ... until I am convinced that if I give up something, the purchase is feasible. Towards the deposit and we sign the preliminary, obviously written in "politichese". I pay the two ladies an increased amount because there has been a negotiation (!!!).
The motto of the agency is: "We will follow you up to the deed", a pity that, after the deposit, the works do not start, the delivery is delayed by one year and the agency does not take care of it in the least.
I consult a lawyer and find out that on the preliminary, according to law, it is written that I withdraw the house to the rustic without finishing it.
When, finally and after the intervention of the lawyer, I manage to register the house, completed in some way but not as agreed, the gentle ladies call me annoyed because I have not summoned them to attend the deed.
