β β β β β Vittorio e i suoi collaboratori sono riusciti in tempi record a vendere (e non svendere!) il nostro appartamento in sole 2 settimane!!!
Inizio col dire che le foto all'appartamento vengono fatte fare da un fotografo professionista e l'annuncio viene pubblicato in meno di 24 ore su tutti i maggiori portali del settore in modo da dare la massima visibilitΓ allo stesso.
Il lavoro di backoffice ha consentito di effettuare 44 visite in meno di 10 giorni e tenuto conto che gli orari erano "incastrati" con le nostre esigenze lavorative (quindi dalle 17.00 in poi). Se l'appartamento fosse stato libero ci sarebbero state almeno il doppio delle visite e i tempi di vendita, giΓ eccezionali, si sarebbero addirittura dimezzati!
Ho assistito personalmente ad ogni visita e posso affermare con assoluta certezza che tutto il team Γ¨ altamente qualificato ed Γ¨ in grado di descrivere in maniera puntuale l'immobile come se lo conoscessero da sempre!
In ultimo, ma non meno importante, Γ¨ la prontezza della comunicazione: risposte chiare e precise in tempo zero!

Vittorio and his collaborators managed in record time to sell (and not sell off!) Our apartment in just 2 weeks !!!
I begin by saying that the photos of the apartment are made by a professional photographer and the ad is published in less than 24 hours on all the major portals in the sector in order to give maximum visibility to the same.
The back office work made it possible to carry out 44 visits in less than 10 days and taking into account that the hours were "jammed" with our working needs (therefore from 17.00 onwards). If the apartment had been vacant, there would have been at least double the number of visits and the already exceptional sales times would have even halved!
I have personally witnessed each visit and I can say with absolute certainty that the whole team is highly qualified and is able to accurately describe the property as if they had always known it!
Last but not least is the promptness of communication: clear and precise answers in no time!
