★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se potessi mettere 0 stelle lo farei. Mi sono affidata a loro, ma mi sono ritrovata persone che non hanno fatto quel poco che gli competeva. Dopo aver chiesto ripetutamente se era stato richiesto il conguaglio delle spese condominiali all' amministratore ed aver ricevuto altrettante volte risposta affermativa, ci ritroviamo, il giorno del rogito davanti al notaio senza questo documento. E il rogito non si sarebbe potuto fare se il notaio non avesse ricorso a scappatoie di fortuna. Queste ed altre disavventure che non sto a raccontarvi.
 If I could put 0 stars I would. I entrusted myself to them, but I found myself people who did not do what they wanted. After repeatedly asking if the condominium expenses adjustment had been requested and having received an affirmative answer as many times, we find ourselves on the day of the deed before the notary without this document. And the deed could not have been done if the notary had not resorted to makeshift loopholes. These and other misadventures that I'm not telling you.
