★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dalla mia esperienza ho notato poca affidabilità. Nascondono problemi sulle strutture. Tendono a nascondere i documenti con vizi e se trovano chi fa' meno domande dirottano la trattativa. Sconsiglio a chi deve fare un investimento.
From my experience I have noticed little reliability. There are problems with the structures. They tend to hide documents with defects and if they find who asks fewer questions, they hijack the deal. I do not recommend for those who have to make an investment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unitamente ad un agente immobiliare sono andato a visionare un immobile e finalmente avevo trovato una casa che soddisfava i miei gusti pertanto ho provato a fissare immediatamente un appuntamento in agenzia per visionare i documenti dell'immobile e poter avanzare una proposta di acquisto... guardacaso non c'era la possibilità di fissare un appuntamento nel breve tempo rimandando così l'appuntamento alla settimana successiva. Qualche giorno prima dell'incontro fissato, sono stato contattato dall'agenzia la quale mi riferiva che lo stesso giorno del mio appuntamento avevano fissato un appuntamento anche con dei vecchi clienti interessati all'immobile e che avrebbero altresì avanzato una proposta d'acquisto appena dopo di noi. Nonostante lo strano comportamento nel fissare gli appuntamenti decidevo comunque di andare lo stesso e in seduta di colloquio, essendo che gli altri clienti sarebbero arrivati dopo di me, richiedevo di poter avanzare una proposta di acquisto scritta ma a quel punto di fronte a me non sembrava di avere un agente di vendita immobiliare ma bensì una persona d'affari tant'é che non ha inteso darmi la possibilità di poter avanzare alcuna proposta scritta se non al prezzo che diceva lui. Io volevo avanzare una proposta di appena il 5% in meno dell'importo di vendita ma lui si rifiutava dicendomi che l'altro cliente sarebbe venuto più tardi proponendo l'intera cifra. Morale della favola...non ho voluto partecipare a quel gioco alquanto scorretto, nonostante avrei potuto offrire l'intera cifra e anche più.

Despite the strange behavior in making appointments, I still decided to go anyway and in the interview session, being that the other customers would arrive after me, I requested to be able to make a written purchase proposal but at that point in front of me it did not seem to have a real estate sales agent but rather a business person so much so that he did not intend to give me the possibility of being able to make any written proposal except at the price he said. I wanted to make a proposal for just 5% less than the sales amount but he refused, telling me that the other customer would come later offering the full amount. Moral of the story ... I didn't want to participate in that somewhat unfair game, although I could have offered the full amount and even more.
