R	Robiel Baire on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. In data 11 luglio 2021 pubblicano, su un sito di annunci, un bilocale in affitto. Molto interessato, il pomeriggio seguente mi reco nel loro punto vendita per avere più informazioni e magari fissare un appuntamento, ma uno dei consulenti mi riferisce subito che l’appartamento è in trattativa e praticamente non è più disponibile. Stranito dal fatto che neanche in 24 ore abbiano trovato un affittuario, chiedo ad un mio caro amico di provare a chiedere se l’appartamento fosse realmente già in trattativa; il mattino seguente contatta il consulente di “Farecasa” e come per magia gli rispondono che l’appartamento è ancora disponibile, riferendogli anche alcuni dettagli del contratto. Premetto che sono un ragazzo serio che lavora da oltre 12 anni per un’azienda alimentare multinazionale presente in provincia di Teramo e con una base economica più che sufficiente per sostenere tutte le spese. L’unica mia differenza tra me e il mio amico è che sono un ragazzo “di colore” (seppur nato a Teramo), mentre il mio amico è un ragazzo “bianco”. Non mi era mai successo un fatto del genere e sono veramente indignato che esistano ancora elementi così orribili. Mi dispiace, ma sconsiglio e sconsiglierò vivamente a chiunque quest’agenzia. Strangled by the fact that not even in 24 hours they found a tenant, I ask a dear friend of mine to try and ask if the apartment was really already under negotiation; the next morning he contacts the consultant of "Farecasa" and as if by magic they reply that the apartment is still available, also referring to him some details of the contract. I state that I am a serious guy who has been working for over 12 years for a multinational food company in the province of Teramo and with a more than enough economic base to support all the expenses. The only difference between me and my friend is that I am a "black" boy (albeit born in Teramo), while my friend is a "white" boy. Such a thing has never happened to me before and I am truly outraged that such horrible elements still exist. I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against and will strongly discourage anyone from this agency.

Mi sono rivolto a lui diversi mesi fa, essendo alla mia prima esperienza di acquisto mi ha ascoltato, supportato, consigliato, risposto alla diecimila domande con altrettanti dubbi sulla prassi di acquisto, è stato disponibile 24/24h (tra un po' anche di notte!!!! ?). Ha avuto cura della mia pratica dall'inizio alla fine della trattativa ed anche oltre. Per non parlare poi della serietà ed onestà, mi ha dato consigli per il mio bene e non per il suo e questo non è da molti. Sicuramente in futuro se ne avrò bisogno mi rivolgerò dinuovo a lui...la cosa più bella è che quando si cerca una casa si è un po' insicuri..
