Dopo aver visitato l’immobile , il quale è piaciuto , si è eseguita una consulenza con il loro consulente di fiducia ( con tassi altissimi e fuori dal normale ). Dopo aver riconosciuto l’eccessivo importo mensile del mutuo, ho chiamato l’agenzia la sera stessa dicendogli che avevo fatto un’altra consulenza giorni prima con un consulente onesto e con un tasso molto vantaggioso e che quindi avrei voluto andare in proposta. La loro risposta è stata positiva dicendomi che non c’era nessun problema e che avrebbero provveduto a fissarmi un appuntamento per fare la proposta. Mi hanno fatto attendere una settimana e mezza inventandosi bugie e dicendo di non avere il tempo di rispondermi. Mettendoli alle strette sono stati costretti a rispondermi tramite email senza nemmeno avere il coraggio di chiamarmi, dicendomi che avevano fatto fare la proposta ad un’altra coppia il GIORNO DOPO che ero lì in agenzia. Non ci si comporta così. Disonesti, scorretti e bugiardi. Sconsiglio assolutamente questa agenzia. Tanto gentili appena entri il primo giorno ma successivamente guardano i loro interessi prendendo in giro i clienti abbattendo il loro sogno di provare a comprare la casa dei loro sogni . Personale poco istruito, per nulla professionali. SCONSIGLIO

After recognizing the excessive monthly mortgage amount, I called the agency the same evening telling him that I had made another consultation days before with an honest consultant and at a very advantageous rate and that therefore I would have liked to go on offer. Their response was positive telling me that there was no problem and that they would arrange to make an appointment to make the proposal. They made me wait a week and a half inventing lies and saying that I didn't have time to answer them. Putting them in a tight spot they were forced to answer me via email without even having the courage to call me, telling me that they had made another couple make the proposal the DAY AFTER I was there in the agency. We don't behave like this. Dishonest, unfair and liars. I absolutely do not recommend this agency. So kind as soon as you enter the first day but afterwards they look at their interests by making fun of customers by breaking down their dream of trying to buy the house of their dreams. Uneducated staff, not at all professional. discouraged
