Devo smentire le recensioni sul personale in quanto nonostante il livello di stress generale dato dalla disorganizzazione della sede sia livelli assurdi, riescono comunque a svolgere il loro lavoro. Purtroppo a non funzionare è il sistema in toto della sede, mancanza di numeri per la coda, mancanza del rispetto degli orari per gli appuntamenti prefissati, mandrie di persone in coda al bancone che non fanno altro che mettere fretta ed interrompere il lavoro del personale…insomma, qualcosa non funziona. Hanno dato a tutti le persone che dovevano fare la “visita medica” ( durata 5 minuti) l’appunta alla stessa ora, tutti alle 14 di pomeriggio, più di 10 persone, sì più di 10 persone. Personale disorganizzato e attratti arrogante. Sembra di più un posto per far soldi senza tener conto della qualità del servizio. Gli orari sono ne distribuiti! Come prezzi sono onestissimi anche perché se uno guarda in giro può notare bene che i prezzi sono più alti e non più bassi!!! P.S il personale a parecchia pazienza co certa clientela scorbutica e che non capisce e aggradisce senza motivo!!! Very punctual very kind staff. Già lo scorso anno avevo avuto necessità di alcune pratiche auto ed ero rimasta favorevolmente stupita dalla gentilezza del personale, che mi ha consigliato al meglio su come gestire le problematiche.
