★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dank des Tecnoretebüros in Caprino Veronese konnten wir unsere Traumwohnung in Ferrara di Monte Baldo erwerben. Sehr geholfen hat uns hierbei, dass Mitarbeiterin Ilaria Oltramari perfekt Deutsch kann und uns somit bei beiden Besichtigungsterminen die Besonderheiten der Immobilien in unserer Muttersprache näherbringen konnte. Auch der Notartermin wurde von Ilaria bestens vorbereitet, bei der Wohnungsübergabe dolmetschte sie für uns gegenüber den Voreigentümern und bei unserem ersten Aufenthalt in der neu erworbenen Wohnung half sie uns, als sie den Hausmeister kontaktierte, als wir Probleme mit der Gasversorgung hatten. Wir wurden also während der gesamten Zeit bestens betreut und durften einen Service genießen, der weit über das hinausgeht, was man von einem Maklerbüro erwarten darf. Wir können Tecnorete in Caprino Veronese nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Thanks to the Tecnore office in Caprino Veronese, we were able to acquire our dream apartment in Ferrara di Monte Baldo. It helped us a lot that employee Ilaria Oltramari speaks perfect German and was able to bring us closer to the special features of the properties in our mother tongue during both viewing appointments. Ilaria also prepared the appointment with the notary in the best possible way, when handing over the apartment she interpreted for us to the previous owners and during our first stay in the newly acquired apartment she helped us when she contacted the caretaker when we had problems with the gas supply. So we were very well looked after during the entire time and were able to enjoy a service that goes far beyond what one can expect from a brokerage office. We can only warmly recommend Tecnorete in Caprino Veronese.
