Abbiamo affittato una casa a Lazise per 4 persone, con 2 camere, piscina condominiale ed ampio giardino privato. Pur avendo parlato telefonicamente con la signora 2 giorni prima, solo a pochi minuti dal nostro arrivo siamo stati informati che la casa da noi affittata non è disponibile (la motivazione è cambiata un paio di volte) così ci propone una casa in sostituzione per noi però inaccettabile, in quanto più piccola, con una sola camera e con una zona all'aperto, piccola, solo piastrellata e senza ombra. Avendo 3 cani, precedentemente dichiarati, non era pensabile per noi accettare, il giardino era fondamentale per la vacanza. La signora a quel punto comincia ad urlarci contro come se fossimo noi quelli in difetto, solo più tardi ci propone una seconda casa con il giardino, in realtà un fazzoletto di brutta erba non recintato, e 2 camere, peccato che nella seconda ci fosse solo un letto singolo, seppur più grande dello standard. Rifiutiamo nuovamente, in quanto entrambe le soluzioni erano nettamente inferiori rispetto quella da noi affittata ed interamente pagata e non compatibili con le nostre necessità. A quel punto la signora ricomincia ad urlare e se ne va lasciandoci davanti alla seconda casa visitata, senza farsi più vedere. Vacanza annullata e rientro a casa la sera stessa. Attendiamo il rimborso, si spera, comunque seguirà querela. AGENZIA DA EVITARE! I can't review the holiday because it never was, thanks to Mrs. Consolini's lack of transparency. We rented a house in Lazise for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, shared swimming pool and large private garden. Despite having spoken by phone with the lady 2 days before, only a few minutes after our arrival we were informed that the house we rented is not available (the reason has changed a couple of times) so she offers us a replacement house for us however unacceptable, as it is smaller, with only one room and an open area, small, only tiled and without shade. Having 3 dogs, previously declared, it was unthinkable for us to accept, the garden was essential for the holiday. The lady at that point begins to yell at us as if we were the ones at fault, only later she offers us a second house with a garden, in reality a patch of ugly grass not fenced, and 2 rooms, too bad that in the second there was only a single bed, albeit larger than the standard. We refuse again, as both solutions were significantly lower than the one we rented and fully paid for and not compatible with our needs. At that point the lady starts screaming again and leaves leaving us in front of the second house visited, without being seen again. Vacation canceled and return home the same evening. We await the refund, hopefully, however a lawsuit will follow. AGENCY TO AVOID!

C	Chiara Bellinazzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io sto avendo un'esperienza simile alla signora Cinzia, in primavera abbiamo affittato una villa al lago abbastanza isolata con grande giardino perché noi abbiamo 2 cani adottati da canili con problemi comportamentali, da qui l'esigenza di abitare in un posto tranquillo. Tempo fa ci scrive che con suo dispiacere la villa non è più disponibile perché uno dei proprietari non vuole più affittare, e ci avrebbe restituito la caparra al 100/100. Poi ha proposto a mio marito un'alternativa che non ha accettato perché comunque noi volevamo andare nella località e casa che avevamo scelto, adatte alle nostre esigenze. Bene ora stanno sorgendo un sacco di problemi e abbiamo il sospetto che non ci voglia più dare indietro la caparra perché a suo dire noi non abbiamo accettato la sua proposta alternativa. Vedremo come andrà a finire.... Di sicuro non sta dimostrando professionalità e comprensione per gente con cani definiti (pericolosi) I am having an experience similar to Mrs. Cinzia, in the spring we rented a fairly isolated villa on the lake with a large garden because we have 2 dogs adopted from kennels with behavioral problems, hence the need to live in a quiet place. Then she offered my husband an alternative which he did not accept because in any case we wanted to go to the place and house we had chosen, suited to our needs. Well now a lot of problems are arising and we suspect that he no longer wants to give us the deposit back because, according to him, we have not accepted his alternative proposal. We'll see how it turns out.... He's certainly not demonstrating professionalism and understanding for people with defined (dangerous) dogs.
