★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza, stavano vendendoci un immobile con molte irregolarità urbanistiche (che il proprietario non aveva alcuna intenzione di sistemare) non comunicateci se non prima di lasciare un congruo assegno a garanzia. Tra l'altro si sono inventati dei fantomatici acquirenti interessati per metterci fretta ed ottenere un'offerta. Davvero poco affidabili. Notato proprio ora, l'immobile che ci interessava, ha subito una diminuzione di prezzo ma con 5000 metri di terreno in meno!!!! Preciso che la nostra offerta era di pari prezzo a quanto richiesto. Nulla da aggiungere.....
