★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi riferisco all'agenzia sita in via Scaglione vicino alla pompa di benzina. Tramite annunci su noti siti internet mettevo in vendita un immobile lì in zona evidenziando esplicitamente di NON trattare tramite agenzie e non riportando il numero di telefono. Come risultato, tramite vicini di casa, recuperarono il mio numero contattandomi in continuazione nonostante i miei ripetuti rifiuti di affidarmi a un agenzia cioè volerla venderla da solo. Alla fine non li ho nemmeno risposto più. Occorre aggiungere altro? Cosa ci hanno guadagnato? A mio avviso perde in credibilità, a parte codesti, anche TecnoRete come brand, ma anche tutta la categoria che svolge questo lavoro. Immobile poi venduto in autonomia come da inserzione.
I refer to the agency located in via Scaglione near the petrol pump. Through advertisements on well-known websites I was selling a property there in the area, explicitly highlighting that I was NOT dealing through agencies and not reporting the telephone number. As a result, through neighbors, they recovered my number by contacting me continuously despite my repeated refusals to entrust me to an agency that is to want to sell it myself. In the end, I didn't even answer them anymore. Need to add more? What have they gained from it? In my opinion, apart from these, TecnoRete also loses credibility as a brand, but also the entire category that carries out this work. Property then sold independently as per advert.

Grazie a loro ho venduto il mio immobile in 14 giorni precisi, quando tempo prima, un paio di agenzie ci hanno provato per 6 mesi tenendomi bloccato senza risultati... Consigliatissima a chiunque debba vendere un immobile in quelle zone.?? Ottimo lavoro ragazzi!!
If I could I would give 6 stars, excellent agency, both in terms of timing and professionalism. Thanks to them I sold my property in exactly 14 days, when some time before, a couple of agencies tried for 6 months keeping me stuck with no results ... Highly recommended to anyone who has to sell a property in those areas. !!
