★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo acquistato casa tramite l'agenzia, in particolar modo con Alberto ed è stata un'esperienza che sicuramente non vorrei ripetere. Consiglio di non pagare subito l'agenzia se possibile perchè poi vi ritroverete e a rincorrerli per fare le pratiche in tempo o dovete pensarci voi prevalentemente a risolvere le cose che solitamente dovrebbe occuparsi l'agenzia immobiliare visto che vengono pagati profumatamente.
We bought a house through the agency, especially with Alberto and it was an experience that I certainly would not want to repeat. I advise not to pay the agency immediately if possible because then you will find yourself and chase them to do the paperwork on time or you have to think about it mainly to solve the things that the real estate agency should usually deal with since they are paid handsomely.
