Prodotti prenotati non disponibili in magazzino durante il periodo richiesto quindi impossibilità di fare regali. Organizzazione mancante per quanto riguarda le consegne, prima partono poi ti chiamano per sapere se sei a casa (ovviamente come se durante il primo mese di vita del bambino i neo genitori non avessero nulla da fare). Sconsigliato sia come mamma che come cliente. Products of dubious quality, management of lists in a very superficial and inadequate way. Reserved products not available in stock during the requested period therefore impossibility to give gifts. Missing organization regarding deliveries, first they leave then they call you to find out if you are at home (obviously as if during the first month of the baby's life the new parents had nothing to do). Not recommended both as a mother and as a customer.

La differenza rispetto alla concorrenza è la grandissima preparazione, professionalità ed esperienza del personale che ci lavora, che è sempre molto disponibile (tanto per fare un esempio, tutti i seggiolini auto presi per i miei due bimbi sono stati acquistati dopo che i miei bimbi sono stati fatti sedere più volte e dopo che gli stessi seggiolini sono stato addirittura portati fuori dal negozio, per provarne la sistemazione in macchina! Stessa discorso per la prova delle dimensioni dei passeggi in relazione alle dimensioni bagagliaio!). Straconsigliatissimo! Fantastic shop where you will find toys (also very well stocked with regard to Lego and Playmobil), furniture and accessories for bedrooms, car seats and strollers. The difference from the competition is the great preparation, professionalism and experience of the staff who work there, who are always very helpful (just to give an example, all the car seats taken for my two children were purchased after my children were were seated several times and after the same seats were even taken out of the shop, to test their arrangement in the car! Same goes for the test of the size of the strollers in relation to the size of the boot! Highly recommended!

Mi piace molto questo negozio e ci vengo spesso. Do 4 stelle perché ogni volta entro lì sento una puzza di fumo della sigaretta, forse lo staff fumava dentro il magazzino oppure appena fuori la porta, ma cmq si sente abbastanza forte dentro il negozio. Questo non mi fa molto piacere specialmente un negozio che entrano tanti bambini. Spero questa situazione cambierà in anno nuovo. A nice shop for children, you find many beautiful things with good quality. The staff helps you with a lot of attention and gives good advice. I really like this shop and I go there often. I give 4 stars because every time I enter there I feel a stench of cigarette smoke, perhaps the staff smoked inside the warehouse or just outside the door, but cmq you feel quite strong inside the shop. This does not please me very much especially a shop that many children enter. I hope this situation will change in the new year.
