Dichiararci pienamente soddisfatti sarebbe riduttivo, tutto il personale dell'agenzia è sempre stato disponibile e celere nel rispondere a dubbi o domande e a risolvere ogni iter burocratico, soprattutto in un periodo come quello appena trascorso di pandemia da Covid19. Grazie a tutto il team questi mesi di lockdown sono passati velocemente e in vista della compravendita non c'è stato attimo in cui non siano stati di estremo supporto, nonostante le difficoltà a livello nazionale. Un grazie di cuore da parte mia e della mia famiglia.

Since the first meeting, professionalism and courtesy have been the constants that have accompanied us until the day of the deed. Declaring ourselves fully satisfied would be an understatement, all the staff of the agency has always been available and quick to answer any doubts or questions and to resolve any bureaucratic procedure, especially in a period such as the one just passed by the pandemic from Covid19. Thanks to the whole team, these months of lockdown passed quickly and in view of the sale there was no moment in which they were not of extreme support, despite the difficulties at national level. Avevamo appuntamento alle 17:30 per la visione di un appartamento, non si è presentato nessuno. Chiamo in ufficio e non risponde nessuno.
Dopo aver atteso 20 minuti, sono andato via. Sicuramente non li userei mai come intermediari per un acquisto cosi importante. Sconsigliati e poco professionali!

We had an appointment at 5:30 pm to view an apartment, no one showed up. I call the office and no one answers.
After waiting 20 minutes, I left. I would certainly never use them as intermediaries for such an important purchase. Not recommended and unprofessional!
