Hanno anche fatto un servizio su striscia la notizia. They charge ISE € 10 and on the receipt they write: caf services, this generic description because the ise is a free service cannot ask you for a fee. They also did a report on the news.

Personale freddo e antipatico quasi maleducato, "ufficio" 2mx2m dove la sala d'attesa (4 sedie old) è ad un metro dalla scrivania privacy praticamente inesistente, richiesto un documento dell'imps mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero ricontattato subito non appena sarebbe arrivato cosa MAI successa, pertanto sono passato di persona e magia il documento era arrivato già da un mese e più!! (verificato sul foglio dell'imps stesso) Fissano appuntamenti e non rispettano l'orario attese per più di un'ora!.. Praticamente un' incompetenza totale una disorganizzazione senza precedenti.. Mai provato una cosa simile.. Mi sono rivolto ad un'altro CAF nel giro di una settimana ho ottenuto le stesse cose chieste in questo posto! Consiglio vivamente di andare altrove.. Attenzione sono 2 sedi presenti a san rocco. Ufficio di San Rocco Monza. TO AVOID WORSE OF THE PLAGUE !!!! Unfortunately I leave a star because less is not possible .. V	Vittoria Minola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ZERO STELLE ( devo per forza metterne una ma vorrei metterne meno di zero ) Mi sono recata presso questo “CAF”, se così vogliamo chiamarlo, per la richiesta di ISEE per diritto allo studio universitario, dovendo pagare le tasse per studiare all’Università. Il risultato è stato 20 euro pagati per L’isee ( che nel CAF dove sono andata in seguito non mi hanno fatto pagare ) , più una mora di 109 euro dell’Università perché il mio Isee non era quello Universitario che avevo richiesto. E come se non bastasse , oltre ai soldi spesi inutilmente per colpa loro, ho dovuto subire le prese in giro del capo ( credo ) di questo CAF . Il quale ha inventato innumerevoli scuse ed idiozie pur di mascherare la propria colpevolezza. Insomma, io certo ho sbagliato a firmare i documenti che mi hanno fatto firmare, ma essendo inesperta ho creduto a ciò che mi hanno detto anche dopo le molte domande che ho fatto. Loro però sono stati assolutamente ingiusti e la cosa che più mi fa arrabbiare non sono tanto i soldi che ho speso e che mi sarebbero serviti per comprarmi i libri su cui studiare, ma soprattutto le prese per il c* che mi sono dovuta sorbire. Prego e a mai più . Consigliato!
