★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visto alloggio a Civezza. L’incaricato non è stato esaustivo nelle informazioni. A domanda di quando fosse avvenuta la ristrutturazione ha risposto nel 2010 mentre risale al 2000 ( informazione presa dal loro sito). Nascosta in un primo tempo la presenza di umidità (molto grave peraltro), ha poi chiesto al proprietario. Quindi mi è sembrato molto impreparato. Peccato perché il signor Ivo è stato con me sempre corretto. Molto deluso.
Visa accommodation in Civezza. The person in charge was not exhaustive in the information. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficoltà nel reperire la documentazione necessaria e richiests, poca chiarezza, vizi non evidenziati nei sopralluoghi in fase di acquisto e Casa consegnata non conforme, richiesto intervento immediato per scritto per sistemazione, ricevuta conferma scritta da agenzia per la sistemazione dell'immobile dove richiesto, come previsto per legge per altro come obbligo del venditore, a distanza di due anni ancora non si è presentato nessuno a sistemare e sono spariti. Ho fatto da me caricandomi dell'onere "bel*n" si dice in ligure. Mediazione pessima, richiesta percentuale altissima anche se prima casa 4% non discutibile in trattativa. Sconsiglio vivamente esperienza da non ripetere.
