L’esperienza è stata assolutamente positiva: grazie a loro abbiamo potuto visionare alcune interessanti soluzioni abitative nell’area di nostro interesse e trovare la casa ideale per noi, sia in termini di tipologia abitativa, che di posizione, che di budget. Abbiamo molto apprezzato che l’agenzia ci abbia proposto soluzioni coerenti con quanto da noi richiesto, senza portarci a vedere abitazioni fuori target. Segnaliamo, tra l’altro, che le soluzioni proposte dall’agenzia sono state qualitativamente superiori rispetto alla media delle soluzioni che ci erano state proposte da altre agenzie immobiliari del territorio.
Ringraziamo in particolare Fabio, che ci ha permesso di concludere con esito positivo una compravendita non sempre facile e che ha sempre dimostrato una grande professionalità e competenza nel suo lavoro. In the past months we have relied on the Tecnocasa Agency in Robassomero for the purchase of our first home. The experience was absolutely positive: thanks to them, we were able to view some interesting housing solutions in the area of our interest and find the ideal home for us, both in terms of type of housing, that of location, and budget. We very much appreciated that the agency offered us solutions consistent with what we requested, without leading us to see homes outside the target. We point out, among other things, that the solutions proposed by the agency were qualitatively higher than the average of the solutions that had been proposed to us by other real estate agencies in the area.
We thank in particular Fabio, who allowed us to successfully conclude a sale that is not always easy and has always shown great professionalism and competence in his work. We also thank him for his kindness, sympathy and willingness to answer any of our questions, even after the sale has ended.
Certainly buying a house is not something you do every day, but if in the future we need to carry out new real estate searches in the area, Tecnocasa di Robassomero will be at the top of the list of agencies to contact!

In particolare siamo stati molto contenti della mediazione verso il venditore e di tutto il lavoro, non facile, svolto dal Sig. Fabio, che si è dimostrato molto disponibile in tutti i momenti delicati della trattativa, dall'assistenza in tutti gli aspetti burocratici, gestione delle pratiche fino ai contatti con il notaio.

We bought a piece of land in Cafasse and we are very satisfied with the service provided by Mr. Fabio Gallone.
