★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un anno fa abbiamo acquistato casa purtroppo con questo gruppo. Stra sconsigliato in quanto sono stati presenti solo al momento di ricevere i soldi, poi per tutto il resto del percorso ci hanno lasciati completamente soli (una vergogna in quanto sapevano benissimo che era la nostra prima esperienza d'acquisto). Pensate che non si sono nemmeno presentati all'atto, cosa non obbligatoria sì, ma sicuramente sarebbe stato un gesto cortese. Inoltre, vi appioppano Kiron, servizio completamente inutile, poiché pagate 2000€ a uno che fa finta di cercarvi una buona banca con cui fare un mutuo propinando sempre la stessa. Quindi il mutuo, cercatevelo da soli che sicuramente fate meglio e vi risparmiate 2000€ che noi, purtroppo, abbiamo buttato nel gabinetto. Infine una nota alla "responsabile" Assunta che ha preso in giro sia noi che i venditori raccontando un sacco di frottole a entrambi e che dopo essersi presa i suoi soldi è sparita con entrambi. VERGOGNA! Questa non è sicuramente la professionalità che tanto decanta.
Quindi, ahimè, quando volete vendere o comprare casa affidatevi ad un'altra agenzia più seria e professionale!
 A year ago we unfortunately bought a house with this group. Stra not recommended as they were only present at the time of receiving the money, then for the rest of the journey they left us completely alone (a shame as they knew very well that it was our first shopping experience). Do you think that they did not even show up for the act, which is not mandatory, yes, but it certainly would have been a courteous gesture. Furthermore, they give you Kiron, a completely useless service, since you pay € 2000 to someone who pretends to look for a good bank with which to make a mortgage, always offering the same one. So the mortgage, look for it yourself that surely you do better and you save € 2000 that we, unfortunately, have thrown down the toilet. Finally, a note to the "manager" Assunta who made fun of both us and the sellers telling a lot of lies to both of them and that after taking her money she disappeared with both of them. SHAME! This is certainly not the professionalism that so much praises.
So, alas, when you want to sell or buy a house, rely on another more serious and professional agency!
