Sono stato seguito in ogni fase della vendita, dal sopralluogo iniziale al rogito, in maniera estremamente professionale e competente, e sono stati sempre disponibili ad aiutarmi e chiarire ogni dubbio.
Ho avuto esperienze con altre agenzie immobiliari in passato, e Studio Savignano e' stata assolutamente la migliore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho venduto il mio appartamento nel quartiere Vigne tramite il signor Daniele Pellegrino. E quindi tramite la agenzia Tecnocasa si cui è titolare. Devo dire che il nostro rapporto iniziale è stato piuttosto burrascoso, in quanto avevo avuto precedentemente delle esperienze negative proprio con il franchising Tecnocasa. E non sono stata certamente molto fiduciosa nei suoi confronti.
Il signor Pellegrino è stato molto perseverante, nel tempo ho apprezzato molte sue qualità, come la serietà, l’impegno, la pazienza... Per non parlare delle sue profonde qualità umane. Non posso che ringraziarlo per tutto il percorso vissuto insieme durante questa vendita, avvenuta in cinque mesi.
In un momento e in un contesto veramente molto molto difficile. Questa esperienza ancora una volta mi ha fatto comprendere quanto in realtà sia fondamentale la persona, e non l’istituzione.
Quindi ringrazio il signor Pellegrino e tutto il suo staff per quanto hanno correttamente svolto per me. E non posso fare altro che consigliare la sua particolare agenzia Tecnocasa.
I sold my apartment in the Vigne district through Mr. Daniele Pellegrino. And then through the Tecnocasa agency he owns.
