Il nostro referente, Sig......., non risponde alle telefonate, al massimo invia un messaggio dicendo DOPO TI RICHIAMO, poi puntualmente non richiama. Tutta questa presa in giro dai contorni poco chiari è andata avanti per settimane! Per oltre un mese ho atteso la valutazione del mio immobile ma nulla! Disse che mi avrebbe fatto sapere in un paio di giorni. Perfetto, avrei anche atteso 10 giorni ma no oltre 4 settimane! Se desiderate serietà e puntualità cercate un'altra agenzia! Lentamente non è un aggettivo scelto a caso. Infatti, ad ogni problema risolto, ve ne era subito un altro alle porte. E così, per ben 8 mesi. Un'agonia. In questi lunghissimi otto mesi, però, abbiamo avuto la fortuna di aver un compagno di viaggio che ci ha supportato con la sua costante presenza: Cesare a cui va il merito di aver compreso la situazione, i nostri umori e timori. A questo vanno aggiunti: l'impegno a trovare una soluzione e predisposizione all'ascolto. Qualità semplici, ma non banali. Un grazie speciale a Cesare che si è rivelato prezioso e determinante nella realizzazione del nostro progetto.
