★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono trovata malissimo,propongono immobili che non rispecchiano i gusti dell’acquirente,oltretutto decidono loro se va bene o meno , arroganti e polemici.
Se gli fai presente che immobile ha mille cose che nn vanno bene su loro richiesta perché te lo chiedono ,ti rispondono in modo arrogante come se fossero loro a mettere i soldi e trattando le persone da pezzenti ...io e mio marito non pensavamo di essere due pezzenti con un budget non proprio da poco.
La frase che mi ha lasciato senza parole e'stata detta da un agente che ha lei non interessa che immobile vendere basta che vende così agenzia prendeva i soldi ..quindi non gli frega nulla di fare un buon lavoro e fare da tramite tra acquirente e venditore ..cosa che invece gli gioverebbe e in teoria sarebbe il loro lavoro..

The phrase that left me speechless was said by an agent who has no interest in what property to sell as long as she sells so the agency took the money ... so they don't give a damn about doing a good job and acting as an intermediary between buyer and seller .. something that would benefit them and in theory it would be their job ..
