Ho trovato nell’agenzia tecnocasa Aurelia un team di seri professionisti molto competenti e che hanno sempre risposto in maniera pronta e proattiva a tutte le mie esigenze. Silvia è stata una grande mediatrice tra la parte venditrice e me e ha saputo condurre la trattativa in maniera impeccabile. Ho instaurato con lei e con uno dei soci, Giacomo, un rapporto di rispetto reciproco in cui non sono mancati i momenti di allegria.
Consiglio veramente a tutte le persone in cerca di una casa di rivolgersi a loro in quanto troverete serietà, affidabilità, competenza e soprattutto molta umanità e simpatia!! Se, in futuro, dovessi comprare altri immobili, non esiterei un istante a rivolgermi nuovamente a loro!!
I bought a property last September after a long process that started in May! I found in the Tecnocasa Aurelia agency a team of serious professionals who are very competent and have always responded promptly and proactively to all my needs. Silvia was a great mediator between the seller and me and was able to conduct the deal impeccably. I have established with her and one of the partners, Giacomo, a relationship of mutual respect in which there have been moments of joy.
I really recommend all people looking for a home to turn to them as you will find seriousness, reliability, competence and above all a lot of humanity and sympathy !! If, in the future, I had to buy more properties, I would not hesitate for a moment to turn to them again !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato personalmente qualche giorno fa perché avevo visto un appartamento in affitto su loro sito, non ho fatto in tempo a chiedere se era ancora disponibile che la signorina mi ha subito risposto di NO che era già stato affittato e che avrebbero tolto l'annuncio a breve e che non avevano appartamenti in zona da propormi. Il giorno dopo vedo che l'annuncio continua a stare sul sito mando un mio amico Italiano a chiedere se era disponibile e...sorpresa!!! Era disponibile da subito. La prossima volta sui vostri annunci scrivete che non affitate a extracomunitari, al meno evitiamo di perdere tempo prezioso.
I personally introduced myself a few days ago because I had seen an apartment for rent on their website, I didn't have time to ask if it was still available that the young lady immediately replied NO that it had already been rented and that they would have removed the ad shortly and that they had no apartments in the area to offer me. The next day I see that the ad continues to be on the site I send an Italian friend of mine to ask if he was available and ... surprise !!! It was available immediately. Next time you write on your ads that you do not rent to non-EU citizens, at least we avoid wasting precious time.
