★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se li conosci li eviti: vendono una casa ceduta dietro donazione, di cui ovviamente non ti dicono nulla fino all'ultimo, eravamo arrivati anche a portare l'assegno per bloccare la casa.
Cercano di rassicurarti parlando di assicurazioni che coprono eventuali (e molto probabili) remostranze da parte di parenti vari. ASSICURAZIONE CHE PERÒ NON ERA ANCORA STATA STIPULATA, dicendoci che se ne sarebbe occupata la parte venditrice, che ovviamente avrebbe potuto inserire qualsiasi cifra, anche minima, esponendo l'acquirente ad un rischio elevatissimo.
Che altro dire, veramente pessimi, per fortuna non ci siamo messi in guai certi a causa di questi personaggi, metto 1 stella ma vorrei metterne 0.
If you know them, you avoid them: they sell a house sold against a donation, of which obviously they don't tell you anything until the end, we even got to bring the check to block the house.
They try to reassure you by talking about insurance that covers any (and very likely) grievances from various relatives. INSURANCE WHICH HAD NOT YET BEEN STIPULATED, telling us that the selling party would take care of it, which obviously could have entered any amount, even minimal, exposing the buyer to a very high risk.
What else to say, really bad, luckily we didn't get in trouble because of these characters, I put 1 star but I would like to put 0.
