Ha seguito la compravendita sino all'atto definitivo e si è reso disponibile anche oltre le sue mansioni.... Insomma..... Nulla da dire oltre che essere veramente soddisfatto del suo operato.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Io ho avuto a che fare con l'incaricato Tomas , ottima professionalità e dedizione al lavoro , ed avendo avuto a che fare con più agenzie posso dire che loro si guadagnano davvero il compenso al contrario della maggior parte della concorrenza di settore .
In ogni modo l'agenzia funziona bene come ci si aspetta, ed oltretutto sempre gentili disponibili e pronti ad affrontare le problematiche che insorgono , li consiglio ad occhi chiusi

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo un'iniziale diffidenza verso le agenzie immobiliari in generale, devo dire di essermi ricreduta grazie all'agenzia Tecnocasa di Grumello del Monte: l'agente immobiliare Thomas è indiscussamente il migliore su piazza. Puntuale, preciso, estremamente informato e professionale.
Si è dimostrato infatti di grande aiuto - e talvolta addirittura determinante - sia nelle fasi informative pre-acquisto, sia durante tutto l'iter per l'approvazione del mutuo, ma anche in fase post-vendita con le ultime utenze da sistemare.
Consiglio a chiunque di rivolgersi a questa agenzia se volete essere sicuri di avere a che fare con professionisti seri. Devo infine aggiungere che il prezzo finale si è dimostrato essere più basso rispetto ad altre agenzie della zona che trattavano immobili di ugual valore.
