★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottimo servizio: la ragazza che ci ha seguiti, Morgana, è molto professionale e gentile. Presenta in modo ottimale gli immobili ma è anche attenta alle esigenze di chi deve acquistare. Ho apprezzato la puntualità e le comunicazioni tempestive, anche dall'ufficio, e i report periodici sulle visite.
Le provvigioni che chiedono sono più alte che altrove, ma l'appartamento è stato DAVVERO pubblicizzato (online e su volantini) ed il numero di visite soddisfacente.
Great service: the girl who followed us, Morgana, is very professional and kind. It presents the properties optimally but is also attentive to the needs of those who must buy. I appreciated the punctuality and timely communications, even from the office, and periodic reports on visits.
The commissions that ask are higher than elsewhere, but the apartment was REALLY advertised (online and on flyers) and the number of visits satisfactory.
