Inutile dirvi come la ditta dica che sia colpa nostra, prodotti sbagliati di pulizia (acqua e sapone) o addirittura troppa usura del divano stesso! Il letto è con doghe e materasso comodissimo.Sono due anni che ci siamo sopra dalla mattina alla sera ed è ancora intatto.Lo consiglio .Il mio modello è Dina. Il divano esteticamente è carino, anche la struttura sembra robusta, quello che è praticamente inconsistente è scomodissimo è il materasso che innanzi tutto misura 11 cm e poi come ci siede diventa di 2 cm e non si può proprio dormire perché si affossa. Ho acquistato un divano-letto attraverso la Ditta Cipriani di San Severo(altamente professionale e da cui mi servo da anni con soddisfazione).All'arrivo(avvenuto dopo molto tempo dalla data prevista) contestavo la pessima manifattura sia del cuscino superiore che di quello inferiore(che rimane rialzato al centro).La ditta Cipriani provvedeva al ritiro ed invio in ditta della parte malriuscita superiore, lasciandomi con un divano esteticamente incompleto, in una sede a vista.. Sono passati già molti giorni e non ricevo ancora nulla. Experience to forget !!!
