We bought 2 rosini sofas in real leather 5 years ago, paid 2450 € and the result is very bad ... All cracked and split ... Sconsigliato. Se un rivenditore vi dovesse consigliare rosini, evitate. Bad sofa. After 4 years the eco leather completely "cracked" both on the seats and on the back, despite having also used a sofa cover. Not recommended. If a retailer advises you rosinis, avoid them.
M	Marzia Salvini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato un Divano Rosini (...forse....) ad aprile 2021 dopo lunga e attenta ricerca (compresa la prova presso lo stabilimento di Quarrata). Cercavamo un Divano comodo, lineare, in tessuto bianco e pertanto totalmente e facilmente sfoderabile. Lavabile in lavatrice. Ho avuto in consegna il mio "bel divano" ma purtroppo: 1. Nn ha lo stesso confort di quello provato in mostra (??..) 2. Nn e ' possibile sfoderarlo x un problema di eccessiva rigidità dei cuscini nonche' di insufficiente misura delle cerniere lampo che nn permettono l'estrazione dei grandi cuscini 3. Ammesso e nn concesso di riuscire a sfoderarlo/rifoderarlo Il tessuto nn riporta alcuna indicazione di composizione e lavaggio ( ricordo che tali etichette sono obbligatorie x legge) 4. In tutto il Divano nn sono riuscita a trovare un sola etichetta riferita alla Rosini Divani, ma solo una piccola etichetta con il nome del rivenditore. 5. Nn si capisce quindi se ho acquistato un Divano Rosini (cosa di cui ero convinta) o sua " presunta" imitazione Tutte le problematiche di cui sopra sono già state sottoposte alla società con il tramite del loro rivenditore, ma ad oggi nonostantee ripetute rassicurazioni nn siamo a niente . Tento questa ulteriore "carta" x ricevere una risposta chiara e risolutiva dalla società Rosini. I bought a Rosini Sofa (... maybe ....) in April 2021 after a long and careful research (including the test at the Quarrata plant). We were looking for a comfortable, linear sofa in white fabric and therefore totally and easily removable. Machine washable. I received my "beautiful sofa" but unfortunately: 1. Doesn't have the same comfort as the one experienced in the show (?? ..) 2. It is not possible to remove it due to a problem of excessive stiffness of the cushions as well as insufficient size of the zippers that do not allow the extraction of the large cushions 3. Admitted and not granted to be able to remove / re-cover it The fabric does not bear any indication of composition and washing (remember that these labels are mandatory x law) 4. In the whole Sofa I could not find a single label referring to Rosini Divani, but only a small label with the name of the retailer. 5. It is therefore not clear whether I purchased a Rosini Sofa (which I was convinced of) or its "alleged" imitation All the above problems have already been submitted to the company through their dealer, but to date, despite repeated assurances, we are not at all. I try this further "card" to receive a clear and decisive answer from the Rosini company.

Intanto dopo aver inviato 2 PEC all'azienda senza nessuna risposta, mi complimento per la qualità del prodotto e la serietà dell'azienda. Mi sono rivolto al rivenditore che sentito Rosini hanno risposto che.... siamo fuori garanzia!!! Lascio a voi ogni considerazione anche vedendo le segnalazioni di tanti altri che hanno acquistato come me pensando di avere poi un prodotto di qualità. Grazie. Good morning. A	Alberto Da Ros on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Circa due anni fa ho acquistato un divano letto "Verona up" della ditta Rosini, tramite un rivenditore passato quasi un anno i primi problemi sul telaio di apertura e chiusura del divano letto, fino al punto di rompersi. Mi è stato sostituito gentilmente in garanzia dal rivenditore ma dopo qualche mese il problema è ricomparso telaio nuovamente rotto; sono costretto ad acquistare un nuovo divano letto ma non più di questa azienda. About two years ago I bought a "Verona up" sofa bed from the Rosini company, through a dealer who spent almost a year the first problems on the opening and closing frame of the sofa bed, to the point of breaking. It was kindly replaced under warranty by the dealer but after a few months the problem reappeared, the frame was broken again; I am forced to buy a new sofa bed but no more from this company.
M	Maria Pia Prizzi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buongiorno un anno fa ho acquistato un divano da subito mi sono accorta che le sedute erano asimmetriche e le rifiniture lasciavano molto a desiderare pertanto reclamai e fu mandato il responsabile di zona che ha appurato i difetti, la soluzione era portarlo via e restare senza per due mesi non potendoci rimanere per il disagio che mi avrebbe arrecato ho accettato in offerta un pouff. Adesso invece mi sono accorta che il tessuto si è scolorito da tortora a rosato! Premesso che in quarant'anni ho combiato diversi divani mai era successo una cosa del genere, non è possibile che un tessuto si scolorisca in brevissimo tempo ne posso stare al buio per preservarlo! Concludo che avendolo acquistato in un negozio referenziato pensavo fosse di buona qualità invece oltre le rifiniture il tessuto è molto scadente l'unica cosa buona ha una bella linea ed e abbastanza comodo. Evidentemente avete puntato sulla forma ma non sula qualità! PAGATO 4000,00 !!!! Given that in forty years I have combined several sofas such a thing had never happened, it is not possible for a fabric to discolour in a very short time I can stay in the dark to preserve it! I conclude that having bought it in a referenced shop I thought it was of good quality, but beyond the finishes the fabric is very poor the only good thing has a nice line and is quite comfortable. Obviously you have focused on form but not on quality! PAID 4000.00 !!!! I await your reply. Yours sincerely
