★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero professionalità. Incapaci di gestire qualsiasi tipo di mediazione. Non rispondono alle mail, non telefonano per darti informazioni. E a giudicare dalle altre recensioni non sono l’unico a pensarla così. Mi chiedo come facciano ad essere ancora aperti.
Zero professionalism. Unable to handle any kind of mediation. They don't answer emails, they don't call to give you information. And judging by the other reviews, I'm not the only one who thinks so. I wonder how they still manage to be open.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERDITA DI TEMPO. Ho chiamato questa agenzia qua per un appartamento in affitto. Riusciamo a fissare un'appuntamento per vederlo. Dopo averlo visto e dimostrato il nostro interesse, mi è stato detto che il proprietario voleva avere una cinquantina di possibili clienti che li avrebbe valutati e scelto uno di loro(una cosa pazzesca). Il agente immobiliare mi ha detto di pensarci e di farli sapere. Qualche ora dopo l'ho chiamato che lo avrei preso se il proprietario fosse d'accordo . Mi ha detto che mi avrebbe mandato un messaggio col e-mail su cui mandali i documenti. Ancora oggi non e arrivato nessun messaggio. Mai Piu
WASTE OF TIME. I called this agency here for a rented apartment. We can set an appointment to see it. After seeing it and demonstrating our interest, I was told that the owner wanted to have fifty possible customers who would evaluate them and choose one of them (a crazy thing). The realtor told me to think about it and let them know. A few hours later I called him that I would get him if the owner agreed. He told me that he would send me a message with the e-mail on which you are sending the documents. No message has arrived yet. Never again
