Costo: 200 euro (su ~500euro costo box doccia). Causa rottura? (dopo un mese di tentativi di ricevere risposte) errata regolazione. Nessuna riposta su come evitare si ripeta, nessuna assunzione responsabilita'. Tempi di risposta lunghissimi (in negozio, al telefono e via email): stiamo andando avanti da due mesi e unica cosa continuano a ripetere invece di rispondere a domande e': "Ordinamo i pezzi?". Sinceramente credo farebbero meglio ad ammettere ci sia stato un difetto piuttosto che confermare che 200euro di supporti si piegano per errata regolazione, per altro senza fornire la procedura di installazione. Insomma: consiglio li evitiate anche nel caso foste abbagliati da apprenti prezzi convenienti al momento dell'acquisto. Non fate il mio errore. Nel corso delle settimane successive li contatto a più riprese per avere informazioni riguardanti l'evasione dell'ordine, ma mi sento ripetere più volte che hanno non specificati problemi di natura tecnica. Dopo circa due mesi di tira e molla, mi viene detto che l oggetto acquistato è rotto e che avrebbero provveduto al rimborso che, dopo 6 mesi, non hanno ancora effettuato. Einzigster kkeiner Kritikpunkt, Ware im Laden nicht mit Preisen ausgezeichnet. Dafür toppte der Fahrer alles. Trug die Ware ins Haus. Dafür einen Extra Stern.
