Chiara mi ha seguita con attenzione e gentilezza e gestito la pratica velocemente, oltre ad avermi consigliata sulle fermate del trenino. Professionali, cortesi e disponibili. Così persi tutti i soldi che avevamo risparmiato da tempo! F	Francesco Berardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inaccettabile che come politica si possa spostare la data di un biglietto del trenino del bernina solo entro 48 ore dalla partenza: con tutto quello che costa, se avete una qualsiasi grave motivazione che vi impedisce di viaggiare quel giorno, sappiate che perdete tutti i soldi e non potrete recuperare il viaggio. Non dico il rimborso, ma almeno un voucher. Niente. Mai più. Non riesco a rispondere sotto alla vostra risposta quindi aggiungo qui la mia: solo perché ci sono altre aziende che fanno peggio, non significa che non possiate essere voi a fare ancora meglio. Una stella perché se una persona si ammala o ha un grave motivo che le impedisce di usufruire del biglietto acquistato, dal mio punto di vista è inaccettabile, anche solo per BUON SENSO, non trovare una soluzione a riguardo: i soldi vengono incassati, ma il servizio non viene erogato, quindi sempre dal mio punto di vista questa è una politica sbagliata. Come accettate le 5 stesse, credo dobbiate accettare anche 1 stella e magari riflettere su cosa si possa migliorare: perché si può SEMPRE migliorare.
