Die Angebote sind nicht besonders günstig ... aber realistisch. Trotz einiger Kunden hatten keine Wartezeit. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, was mich zu den 5 Sternen veranlasst hat. Wenn wir buchen, dann buchen wir unsere nächste Reise dort. The staff is very nice and friendly. They took their time for us and competently answered every question. The offers are not particularly cheap ... but realistic. Despite some customers did not have a wait. We felt comfortable, which caused me to the 5 stars. When we book, we book our next trip there.

In questo difficile periodo , ahimè , abbiamo avuto modo di confrontarci con parecchie realtà’ che organizzano viaggi e devo dire, senza alcun dubbio, che da questa agenzia abbiamo riscontrato gentilezza , professionalità’ ma soprattutto disponibilità anche nell’aiutarci a risolvere problematiche relative a viaggi annullati (causa del covid 19 ) prenotati presso altre agenzie che non ci davano supporto e risposte soddisfacenti . Ci siamo relazionati più volte con la signora Maria , responsabile di agenzia , che si e’ dimostrata molto competente a attenta alle nostre esigenze . Sperando che la situazione non degeneri e si vada gradatamente verso la risoluzione del problema pandemia , sicuramente , anche se parecchio distante dalla nostra residenza , sarà nostra premura prendere l’agenzia Vivere e Viaggiare di Pinerolo come nostro interlocutore per organizzare i viaggi e vacanze future .
