★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Molto gentili, professionali e attenti. Consigliatissimo. Ho acquistato Piaggio Ape Classic da remoto (io abito a Milano mentre Adinolfi ha sede in provincia di Salerno). Ne avevo visto annuncio su web. La distanza poteva rendere la cosa complicata, ma la professionalita' del concessionario ha reso tutto semplice e la convenienza mi ha fatto preferire Adinolfi ad altri concessionari Milanesi meno attenti alle esigenze del cliente e sicuramente piu costosi. Adinolfi non si e' limitato alla vendita ma ha anche seguito personalmente lavori di customizzazione che richiedevo sul mezzo e ha seguito accuratamente il servizio di trasporto e consegna. Tutto perfetto. Ringrazio in particolare la Signorina Pina che ha seguito il tutto e che ha compreso la situazione ed e' stata molto proattiva, preoccupandosi ad esempio di agevolare la mia comprensione del funzionamento dell'Ape (non esattamente intuitivo e sicuramente dissimile da auto e moto che uso abitualmente) inviandomi video tutorial. Grazie ancora.
Very kind, professional and attentive. Highly recommended. I purchased the Piaggio Ape Classic remotely (I live in Milan while Adinolfi is based in the province of Salerno). I had seen an announcement on the web. Distance could make it complicated, but the professionalism of the dealer made everything simple and the convenience made me prefer Adinolfi to other Milanese dealers less attentive to customer needs and certainly more expensive. Adinolfi did not limit himself to selling, but he also personally followed customization work that I requested on the vehicle and carefully followed the transport and delivery service. All perfect. I thank in particular Miss Pina who followed it all and who understood the situation and was very proactive, taking care for example of facilitating my understanding of the operation of the Ape (not exactly intuitive and certainly unlike cars and motorbikes I use usually) by sending me video tutorials. Thanks again.
