Per il resto manca di convenienza, con prezzi spropositati a volte anche il 50% in più rispetto ad altri rivenditori per non parlare della cordialità ed educazione dei proprietari che evidentemente non hanno mai ricevuto ne sanno cosa sia.
The only positive notes are the excellent location and the vast assortment of products. For the rest, it lacks convenience, with disproportionate prices sometimes even 50% more than other retailers not to mention the friendliness and education of the owners who evidently never received or know what it is.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Negozio di ferramenta molto ben fornito. Spesso è affollato e bisogna attendere non per la lentezza dei gestori ma per la mancanza di esperienza dei clienti. Il più delle volte il cliente non sa esprimersi tecnicamente e il personale di vendita svolge un lavoro extra per interpretare le necessità dell'acquirente. A volte perdono la pazienza ma credo sia normale.
Very well stocked hardware store. It is often crowded and you have to wait not for the slowness of the managers but for the lack of customer experience. Most of the time the customer doesn't know how to express themselves technically and the sales staff do extra work to interpret the buyer's needs. Sometimes they lose patience but I think it's normal.
