Nel mese di dicembre per due volte mi son trovato a lavorare 7 su 7 senza tirarmi indietro e dimostrando piena disponibilità. Il giorno 30 del suddetto mese sono stato avvisato che la mia esperienza lavorativa era finita il 29. Purtroppo (nonostante l' elevata mole di lavoro riscontrata fino al giorno prima) si sono improvvisamente resi conto che non gli occorrevo piú come risorsa, dimostrando veramente scarsa professionalità. Scrivo questo commento nella vana speranza che chi di dovere possa rendersi conto del pessimo esempio di etica morale e professionale dimostrata e, di conseguenza, cambiare questa politica di sfruttamento sistematico in cui non si tiene conto del fatto che le "risorse" investono il loro tempo nelle attività in quanto hanno aspettative e necessità e, chi assume, nei loro confronti ha delle responsabilità. Disposable employment agency I share my experience: I worked 7 months hired by this agency with commitment, professionalism, sacrifice and seriousness without ever making claims or creating problems. In December twice I found myself working 7 out of 7 without pulling back and showing full availability. On the 30th of the aforementioned month I was informed that my work experience was over on the 29th. Unfortunately (despite the high amount of work found up to the day before) they suddenly realized that I no longer needed them as a resource, proving really scarce professionalism. I write this comment in the vain hope that those in duty can realize the bad example of demonstrated moral and professional ethics and, consequently, change this systematic exploitation policy in which no account is taken of the fact that "resources" invest their time in activities as they have expectations and needs and, those who hire, have responsibilities towards them.

Ho avuto dei colloqui; mi avevano garantito che mi avrebbero avvisato dopo pochi giorni sia se l'esito dei colloqui era negativo che positivo. Non ho ancora dopo 1 mese ricevuto una risposta. Servizio scadente. Le altre agenzie concorrenti fanno decisamente di meglio. After 5 times I've been through them. I had interviews; they had assured me that they would alert me after a few days whether the outcome of the talks was negative or positive. I haven't received a reply after 1 month. Poor service. The other competing agencies do much better.

Treated like a beggar, bad service ... Obviously from above nobody cares about how they work in agencies, otherwise I don't see any other reasons.

Ho fatto un colloquio sia in agenzia che in azienda, confermatomi che fosse pure andato bene. Sto ancora aspettando da giugno una risposta alla mia mail di aggiornamento. Friendly staff, but I did not like the level of seriousness that should be reciprocal. I did an interview both in the agency and in the company, confirming that it had also gone well. I'm still waiting from June an answer to my email update.
M	Michele Raffaele on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ sono entrati in contatto con Adecco tramite suggerimento di un ex collega, ho trovato delle persone meravigliose in primis la ragazza che mi ha accolto e stavo quasi andando via ma è arrivata la sua collega Giulia a farmi qualche domanda e mi ha proposto un lavoro facendomi fare un colloquio in azienda il giorno dopo che è andato molto bene. Inizierò a lavorare per loro lunedì in un ambiente stupendo! Voglio ringraziare in particolare modo Giulia e la sua professionalità , disponibilità . Complimenti consigliatissimo a chi cerca seriamente un lavoro I got in touch with Adecco through the suggestion of a former colleague, I found wonderful people first of all the girl who welcomed me and I was almost leaving but her colleague Giulia came to ask me some questions and offered me a job making me do an interview in the company the next day which went very well. I will start working for them on Monday in a beautiful environment! I especially want to thank Giulia and her professionalism, availability. Congratulations highly recommended to anyone seriously looking for a job
