Ti danno un pc e ti fanno inviare cv da siti tipo indeed o subito, praticamente quello che ogni disoccupato fa già, risultato in 4 mesi zero colloqui con aziende, a loro andrà in ogni caso il 40% dell'assegno, pessimi. Pessima anche la regione che non fa controlli. I made the check for work with this agency. There are standard ones to avoid. La proposta sembra buona, una possibilità di crescita professionale. Contratto iniziale di 3 mesi in somministrazione per l. 68/99 (che quindi non prevede sgravi a beneficio dell'azienda e qua...boh, va a capire te!), con inserimento in azienda successivamente. Pertanto decido anche di rinunciare all'ultimo colloquio in programma (mi sono presentata e ho fatto presente di aver trovato quella che pensavo fosse una buona opportunità). Decido anche di rinunciare alla naspi che comunque è pur sempre una sicurezza. Tempo un mese e mi sono ritrovata ad aspettare sera rispondendo al telefono, aprendo il cancello e tritando carta (l'ho fatto per tre giorni di fila). Ho fatto presente la cosa in più occasioni all'agenzia ma ricevendo sempre risposte di circostanza. Ho anche esplicitamente detto che passare la giornata ad aspettare le 17.30 era oltremodo denigrante e umiliante ma non c'è stato verso. Avevo anche avanzato l'idea in forma scritta che mi licenziassero ma niente. Per sopperire al vomito morale ho preferito non presentarmi più in azienda. Viste le mie esperienze e visto che non ho più 20 anni da un bel po' mi aspettavo più serietà e capacità di far coincidere domanda con offerta, risorsa con azienda. Mi organizzano un colloquio via WhatsApp.Devo dire che avevo già fatto altri colloqui ma almeno si sono utilizzate delle piattaforme virtuali come Microsoft teams oppure skipe business oppure malparata MEET. Loro invece ti contattano da un numero mobile senza logo via WhatsApp già questo la dice lunga. Bene torniamo al colloquio telefonico... Mi danno appuntamento per le 15.30 e mi contattano in ritardo. Mi aspetto che si parli dell' offerta...invece mi chiede per ennesima volta di aggiornare la scheda... Già questo la dice lunga due volte... Alla fine del data entry le chiedo qual'e' la proposta lei mi risponde che non sono in linea senza avermene parlato. Le chiedo se ha copia del mio profilo professionale aggiornato mi risponde che ha solo la videata ferma al 2018... Già questo la dice lunga terza volta. Per fortuna che è caduta la chiamata ed è terminata agonia... Purtroppo devo dare una ? di meno non posso ma vorrei ... Spero che rimanga un fatto isolato ma ho timore che non lo sarà. Pessimo! Non si può fissare appuntamento per un colloquio (fondamentale in questo periodo). Sconsigliato, come pure tutte le agenzie interinali, per chi cerca lavoro.
