Sono stata accolta bene, finchè non è arrivato il momento della foratura. Purtroppo qualcosa è andato storto, non so di preciso cosa visto che non sono un’esperta, ma di fatto sono stata mandata a casa con un foro nel naso sanguinante e senza gioiello. Io sono convinta che anche i professionisti possano commettere errori, infatti non mi sono affatto arrabbiata anche perchè il piercer mi sembrava davvero dispiaciuto. La cosa che considero inaccettabile, e che mi ha spinta a fare questa recensione, è un’altra. Il giorno seguente, il 4 febbraio 2021, sono stata contattata dal piercer che mi ha detto di essere dispiaciuto e che dopo due settimane ci saremmo risentiti per “eseguire il piercing senza imprevisti”. Io ho accettato di buon grado e ho aggiunto che avrei atteso di essere ricontattata per un appuntamento. Nessuno si è più fatto sentire, e dopo un anno io sto ancora aspettando una risposta. Lo trovo un gesto molto poco professionale, molto più grave dell’errore commesso durante l’esecuzione del piercing. Io ho sentito parlare spesso di questo studio molto bene, ma per questi inconvenienti purtroppo io mi sono sempre sentita di sconsigliarlo. A year ago, exactly on February 3, 2021, I went to this studio to perform a piercing, the septum. I was well received, until it was time for the puncture. Unfortunately something went wrong, I don't know exactly what since I'm not an expert, but in fact I was sent home with a bleeding hole in my nose and without a jewel. I am convinced that even professionals can make mistakes, in fact I was not angry at all because the piercer seemed really sorry to me. The thing that I consider unacceptable, and that prompted me to do this review, is another. The following day, February 4, 2021, I was contacted by the piercer who told me he was sorry and that after two weeks we would resent "performing the piercing without unexpected events". I gladly accepted and added that I would have waited to be contacted for an appointment. No one has been heard again, and after a year I am still waiting for an answer. I find it a very unprofessional gesture, much more serious than the mistake made during the execution of the piercing. I have often heard of this studio very well, but unfortunately for these inconveniences I have always felt I should not recommend it.
